As a holistic health coach, I am trained as a knowledgeable advisor who provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals (or as I like to call them 'action steps') and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
The Health Coaching program below will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. Sessions may be conducted in person or virtually, from anywhere in the world!
3-Month Health Transformation
The 3-Month Health Transformation is designed to give you all the tools and support you need to make lasting changes to your health. You will receive an in-depth assessment of your movement and postural patterns and learn how to breathe so your body gets the most oxygen and can function optimally. You’ll learn about new foods and ways to easily incorporate them. Through it all your energy will increase, you’ll feel great in your body, improve your personal relationships and discover the confidence to create the life you want!
Here’s a breakdown of what the 3-Month Health Transformation will look like:
Initial intake session
a health history, discussion of issues and goals, and body observation and movement assessment
Bi-Weekly Yoga Therapy sessions
These are completely personalized to address your structural and postural imbalances and support your overall health. Every session will leave you feeling better in your body and get you on your way to meeting your goals (1-1.25 hr session)
Bi-Weekly Health Coaching Sessions
Confused by all the conflicting nutrition advice? Understandable because it’s not geared towards YOU. In these sessions you will receive… coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes email support between sessions my personal commitment to your health and success!
