Integrative BodyworkFoot Reflexology Energy Balancing Yoga Wellness Sessions/Coaching
Massage and bodywork can help release chronic muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility, reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress, promote faster healing of injured muscular tissue, improve posture, and reduce blood pressure. Plus it feels nourishing to the soul!
Traditional full body massage which can include long flowing strokes, kneading, rolling, vibrational and percussive movements. Performed with a medium to firm pressure, it relaxes the body and calms the nervous system. Aromatherapy can be added.
Depending upon individual needs, approaches can include energy work, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and trigger point work.
A process of stimulating and balancing the body’s life energy, which can become blocked, resulting in specific areas of pain, numbness or general “unwellness”. Utilizing acupressure and polarity modalities, balancing sessions involve gentle manipulation to the body to allow it to heal itself and redirect energy to where it’s needed.
A type of bodywork using a thumb and finger technique on reflex points of the feet that correspond to every organ, gland and body part. This releases tension, stress and toxins while relaxing the nervous system. The overall effect is returning the body to homeostasis.
Private or group sessions to help you create a regular practice whether you are new to yoga, have limitations or injuries, or simply need a coach and consistency. May also include meditation and bodywork in a single session for a holistic approach to releasing tension patterns in the body and mind.
WELLNESS SESSIONS, COACHING, AND RETREATS
Customized sessions utilizing an integrative approach for connecting the mind, body and spirit. This can include transition coaching, bodywork, yoga, guided imagery and creative expression. These soul awakening sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes.
